Recovery Officer (2)

Position purpose

  • The Recovery Officer is responsible for the collection of debts prior to legal recovery proceedings commencing, negotiating payments/payment arrangements, handling debtor enquiries and provides administrative assistance to the team. 
  • Undertake activities associated with debt collection to minimise outstanding liabilities:
    Contact relevant debtors with outstanding debts in line with policy and procedures.
  • Negotiate, set up and monitor payment arrangements in accordance with delegations and procedures.
  • Refer matters to for legal recovery action where necessary
  • Liaise with Senior Recovery Officers regarding overdue amounts and debtor payment/non-payment.
  • Assisting in the preparation of documentation required for legal  information or other purposes.

  • Notwithstanding the above, other duties may be required.

Virgin Markets Multi Legal, our rapidly growing firm is looking for a motivated Business Development Officer to develop and implement growth.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Analyze current and past financial data, and provide strategies to cut costs and increase revenue.
• Perform market research to engage with executives to establish strategies for pursuing those new clients.
• Create and improve proposals for our existing and new clients.
• Prepare the firm budget and continually track expenses to ensure we’re on track to hit revenue targets.
• Provide training and mentoring to members of the business development team.
